Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead employees and support daily manufacturing operations.

Production Supervisor Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 25.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Supervise and support production employees
Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflow as needed
Train, coach, and develop production team members
Monitor quality standards and work closely with employees to resolve issues
Communicate production priorities and company expectations
Track production performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
Maintain accurate production records and reports

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

Required Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and manage employees in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
Basic computer skills Preferred
Experience with production scheduling and workflow management ERP/MRP system experience
Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience Lean
Strong mechanical aptitude
