Maintenance Supervisor

In this role you will oversee maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems. You’ll supervise and train team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. Possess a minimum of 3 years in a supervisor role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and oversee department schedules and tasks. Ensure compliance with lock-out/tag-out and safety procedures. Train and supervise team members on maintenance practices. Monitor production and plant utilities for efficiency. Ensure completion of daily preventive maintenance sheets. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Ability to operate and troubleshoot facility systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
