The center supports a collaborative anesthesia care model with a robust team of 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians, offering a dynamic and supportive professional environment across a broad range of surgical specialties.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia


Job Details:

• Full-time position within an ambulatory surgery center setting with no call and no weekends required
• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care including intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics
• Provide anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical specialties including total joints, orthopedics, sports medicine, plastic surgery, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery
• Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages and ASA classes including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Provide airway management services as needed
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications
• Deliver post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EPIC EMR
• Travel to other ambulatory sites as operational needs arise
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience required (not including RN or training experience)
• Active Michigan RN License required at time of presentation
• CRNA Certification (NBCRNA), BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Anesthesia required
• Clean malpractice and license history required
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates
