Responsibilities:

Clerical support, including creating, drafting, and editing various documents.

Learn and demonstrate best practices for creating general communications and social media content.

Maintain AIT social media accounts and general website updates.

Light accounting support for CIO and Operations.

Provide support with department printing and answer general questions.

Mail distribution for AIT's BGH office.

Keeping track of the office supply inventory for all AIT departments.

Pick up and delivery as needed.

Help with various to-dos and office tasks as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills.

Demonstrates a basic understanding of common information technology (IT) terms and concepts.

Strong attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and use office software.

Being able to lift up to 15 lbs.

Preferred qualifications:

Demonstrates a friendly, approachable manner and a positive attitude.

Prior experience with social media, spreadsheets, and word processing tools such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

Pay Range: $15-$16/hour
