What You’ll Be DoingAs a Barista at Minuti Coffee, you’ll be the face of our brand and the expert behind the counter. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Greeting customers with a warm smile and providing exceptional service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and team members.
- Operating equipment and handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Learning about our products to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and bring their best to the table. Here’s what we value:
