Candidates must bring their license on the first day and be prepared for onboarding assessments as part of the role requirements. Job Details Schedule: Days, 12‑hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:30 PM), with a minimum of 36.0 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Massachusetts (MA) RN license required at time of submission Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Two (2) or more years of experience Demonstrated charge experience Epic required Preferred Qualifications: Not specified. Additional Information: A day‑one pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (one attempt only). Two attempts to pass Relias testing will be available during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing. Openness to floating as needed is required.
