Senior Account Executive

Our client is a growing retail technology and point-of-sale (POS) company looking for a Senior Account Executive to help grow its customer base and expand existing relationships. This is a high-impact, individual contributor sales role combining new business development with strategic account management. You'll work with mid-size and enterprise retailers to identify their needs and sell technology solutions that improve the way their stores operate.
What You'll Do
- Develop and close new business with mid-size and enterprise retail organizations
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Sell POS software, hardware, payment solutions, self-checkout, and related services
- Build relationships with decision-makers across multiple departments and levels
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
- Lead complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams to develop customized solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology
- Experience selling POS, retail technology, payment solutions, or related technology strongly preferred
- Experience selling to mid-size or enterprise organizations
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts
- Experience with both new business development and existing account growth
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable selling to multiple stakeholders and levels of leadership
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
