Service Line Director – Affordable Housing Operations Location: Hybrid | U.S. Travel Required (50–80%) Pay: $90,000 / yr We are seeking an experienced Service Line Director to lead a national affordable housing operations portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HUD and affordable housing programs, strong leadership experience, and the ability to operate effectively in high-visibility client environments. This role requires frequent travel across the U.S. to support client sites, project teams, and operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee service line financial performance, revenue growth, and profitability Lead Project Managers and ensure successful delivery across client engagements Maintain compliance readiness for HUD, HCV, LIHTC, SEMAP, HQS/NSPIRE, and related programs Build and maintain executive-level client relationships Drive operational improvements, scalability, and process excellence Support workforce planning, reporting, and team development Qualifications 10+ years of affordable housing administration experience 5+ years leading managers or senior operational teams Strong knowledge of HUD programs and regulatory environments Experience managing complex portfolios and operational performance Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and is passionate about operational excellence in affordable housing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
