Event Sales Manager

Are you a proven hospitality sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth? We're seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and oversee business development across a diverse portfolio that includes catering, venues, restaurants, hotel partnerships, corporate events, weddings, festivals, concessions, and more.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on professional who enjoys coaching sales teams, building lasting client relationships, and creating innovative sales strategies that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate partners, venues, hotels, schools, and community organizations.
Manage sales forecasting, KPIs, CRM activity, reporting, and overall sales performance.
Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to create exceptional client experiences.
Support contract negotiations, proposals, presentations, and strategic business development initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts and partnerships.
Travel between company venues and client locations to support sales efforts and team success.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in hospitality, catering, restaurants, hotels, venues, or event management.
5+ years leading and developing successful sales teams.
Proven record of increasing revenue and growing market share.
Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing CRM systems, forecasting, KPIs, and sales reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
