Senior Digital Experience Designer, 3374-1 About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Experience Designer to support the evolution of digital onboarding and learning experiences. This person will translate employee needs, business objectives, content strategy, and existing research into intuitive, cohesive digital experiences that help employees find, understand, and act on the information they need. The role combines UX/UI, information architecture, content design, visual design, and learning experience design. The designer will work across existing digital hubs and resources, prototype improved experiences and user flows, and create polished digital solutions that can scale across a global organization. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of digital onboarding and learning experiences, from early concepts and user flows through polished, implementation-ready designs
• Translate business objectives, user needs, research, existing content, and stakeholder input into intuitive, cohesive digital experiences
• Design and evolve digital onboarding hubs and resources that help employees easily find, understand, and act on the information they need throughout their onboarding journey
• Create information architecture, navigation, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that simplify complex content and reduce friction for users
• Apply strong UX/UI, content design, and visual design principles to create experiences that are intuitive, engaging, accessible, and consistent
• Prototype and test design concepts quickly, using user research, usability testing, stakeholder input, and existing experience data to iterate toward stronger solutions
• Develop clear, concise UX copy and content structures that help users navigate digital experiences and understand what to do next
• Create and maintain reusable design patterns and components that strengthen consistency across related digital experiences
• Partner closely with strategists, product leads, subject matter experts, learning designers, and technical partners while independently driving the digital experience design work
• Consider the broader employee journey when designing individual touchpoints, ensuring digital, live, and other onboarding experiences work together as a connected experience
• Design with a global audience in mind, creating digital experiences that can scale and be adapted across regions where appropriate
• Provide recommendations beyond the initial design brief when user research or design judgment suggests a stronger approach

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in digital experience design, UX/UI design, product design, or a closely related field, with a portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end digital experience work
• Strong instructional writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write in a clear, engaging, and consistent voice across formats (video scripts, job aids, e-learning modules, facilitator guides)
• Deep expertise in UX/UI design, including information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design
• Strong command of human-centered design and demonstrated ability to translate user and business needs into simple, intuitive digital experiences
• Demonstrated experience designing content-rich digital products, hubs, websites, platforms, or resource experiences where discoverability and ease of navigation are critical
• Experience designing global digital experiences for users across different functions, regions, and cultural contexts
• Strong visual and information design skills, with the ability to independently create polished, implementation-ready designs and supporting assets
• Experience conducting or partnering on user research and usability testing and translating findings into meaningful design decisions
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to understand how individual touchpoints connect across a broader user journey
• Ability to take complex or ambiguous information and create clear content hierarchies, interactions, and experiences that make it easier for users to find what they need and take action
• Ability to work from incomplete or evolving inputs, exercise strong judgment, and make progress without requiring highly prescriptive direction
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing inclusive digital experiences
• Experience working iteratively, prototyping quickly, incorporating feedback, and improving designs based on user and stakeholder signals
• Ability to manage multiple interconnected workstreams and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Haves or Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing employee experiences, onboarding products, learning platforms (ex. Docebo), internal tools, or other enterprise digital experiences
• Experience working at the intersection of UX/UI and learning experience design, with an understanding of how digital experiences can support learning, behavior change, and performance
• Experience designing across an ecosystem of interconnected digital and live experiences rather than a single standalone product
• Experience with content strategy, UX writing, taxonomy, tagging, search, or other approaches that improve content discoverability
• Strong graphic design capabilities and proficiency with common design and prototyping tools
• Experience partnering with developers or technical teams to translate designs into implemented experiences

Pay Range: $105–115/hr.
