As an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS), you support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents. What You’ll Do: Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations Assist in setting and tracking sales goals Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day Support on-site sales and marketing events Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families You play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year sales support or customer service experience Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented and service-focused Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Associate Director of Sales – Help Families Find the Right Community Senior Living Sales Manager | Associate Director of Sales | Community Relations Pay Range: 20.15 - 25.25 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
