Physical Therapist I: Full Time, Ortho OP Wayne

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation team members. Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care. Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed. Perform patient evaluation, establish plans of care and treatment programs, provide interventions, provide patient and family education, document interventions, and bill appropriately. Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participate in orientation of new staff members, serve as clinical instructor for students, exercise independent judgement of moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision. Qualifications New Jersey license to practice Physical Therapy (required). Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program (required). New graduates are welcome. Position Details Full‑time outpatient Physical Therapist – Wayne (M–F, no weekends). Hours per week: 37.5. Primary shift: varies. Hourly salary range: $40.00 – $70.40.
