Job Description We are seeking talented individuals to work aspart of our Services team, performing software implementations and value-addedServices to our growing client base. The Accounting Consultant role establishes andreviews our clients’ accounting procedures and records in accordance withapproved accounting practices, company policy and gaming regulations. This rolewill work closely with CFO’s, Controllers, and Managers to design newaccounting procedures and sub ledger for their business. During software installation,the Accounting Consultant role assists our clients’ Revenue Audit team withdaily revenue reconciliations, financial accounting, financial statementreview, and month-end closing process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work alongsideour clients’ Revenue Audit Department during software installations to correctly configure our software to their uniqueneeds. Enable ourclients’ utilization of the software to perform and improve cage vaultoperations, count room procedures, payroll, and revenue audit departments’daily tasks. Configure oursoftware to correctly model the clients’ chart of accounts. Designnecessary journal entries at the time of system cut over for system migration. Develops and enablesdepartment policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations andinternal controls. Provide Supportservices to our clients in a post-install period. Demonstratesand provides outstanding customer and employee relations. Further Expectationsof Role Disciplined inapproach to work towards product completion and timelines. Ability andwillingness to work independently. Ability toeffectively formulate and communicate ideas. Must have an analyticalthought process to see the design needed for software configuration to matchthe clients’ needs. Ability andwillingness to work extended hours on a sporadic basis (duringcertain days on a client installation) as required. Ability andwillingness to work on multiple assignments/projects in a fast-pacedenvironment and meet deadlines. Requirements Bachelor’sDegree in accounting or Finance Audit orAccounting experience is a plus, but not required. Excellentwritten and oral communication skills, technical writing skills Ability tocreate read and understand spreadsheets.
