Job Description Land Development Project Manager (PE)
Full-Time
We are seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to lead projects, manage client relationships, and grow into long-term leadership or partnership within a collaborative consulting environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead land development projects from concept through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources
• Serve as primary client contact
• Coordinate with civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and project documentation
• Mentor junior staff and support QA/QC
• Support business development efforts Qualifications
• PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 5-10+ years of land development/civil engineering experience
• Experience managing projects and client relationships
• Strong site design skills (grading, drainage, utilities)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
