Part Time Auction Support Specialists (Manheim)

Position Overview Virtual Block Specialist I – Individual Contributor, located at a specified Cox site. No remote option; flexible work option available. Work schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:00am – 1:00pm (possible starts 6:00am or 6:30am); 10–15hrs per week. Hourly base pay $18.17 – $27.21. Base rate may vary by location and candidate qualifications. Additional compensation may include commission and incentive programs. Key Responsibilities Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights. Work with the auctioneer virtually to verify that system information accurately represents the vehicle. Verify vehicle run order to ensure the appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold. Operate monitor virtually and review Simulcast bids with the auctioneer. Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer. Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems in partnership with client‑services contact center operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Generally, less than two years of experience. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear. Ability to lift 1–10 pounds. Vision requirements: close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, and weather conditions.
