Plenty of OT available Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Manager to join our leading manufacturing firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and manage the company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing quality assurance activities, and ensuring the highest level of product quality and safety. This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
2. Develop and implement quality control standards, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing processes.
4. Lead the quality assurance team in conducting regular audits, inspections, and tests to monitor product quality.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
7. Monitor and manage supplier quality performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
8. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
9. Train and mentor staff on quality control and improvement techniques.
10. Manage customer complaints and non-conformance issues, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 13485.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement techniques.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
9. Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
10. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) will be a plus.
