If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now hiring a part-time Group Facilitator Shifts: 12pm - 5pm 8:30am - 2:00pmWhat You'll Do Conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups designed to meet each client's challenges and needsAssist clients in developing healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery toolsCollaborate consistently with clinical staff to keep track of client challenges and progressEscalate any significant client concerns to Clinical DirectorMaintain thorough documentation of all group sessions conductedEnsure all clinical assessments and individual client charting is completedWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling or related field required. Master's degree preferred.Valid state licensure / certification necessary to practice in this role, i.e. CIT, RAC, CAC, LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, or LPCSubstance abuse experience requiredExcellent observational, collaborative and interpersonal skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsCompassionate, dignified character which models recovery principlesAbility to set strong boundaries and maintain absolute confidentialityWhere You'll Work Avenues Extended Care is an intensive outpatient facility offering outpatient clinical drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
