Formwork Specialist

We are a construction company based in Washington seeking a skilled Formwork Specialist to join our team As a Formwork Specialist you will be responsible for creating and assembling temporary structures used to support concrete while it sets ensuring that the concrete is poured and cured correctly Your expertise in formwork will be vital in ensuring the safety and stability of our structures Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork specifications Measure cut and shape materials according to specifications Assemble formwork using various tools and techniques such as welding bolting and fastening Install braces and other support structures to reinforce formwork Pour concrete into formwork and spread it evenly Monitor concrete curing process to ensure proper setting Remove formwork after concrete has set and clean up work area Inspect formwork for any defects or damage that may affect structural integrity Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of formwork materials techniques and safety protocols Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary Attention to detail with excellent measuring skills Able to work independently as well as part of a team Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines We offer competitive salary of $1500 per month along with health benefits We also provide free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for international candidates This position is open for Canadians looking for English speaking jobs This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start your career in the construction industry If you have a passion for building strong structures and have experience in formwork we would love for you to join our team #J-18808-Ljbffr India Abroad
