Hush & Whisper Distilling defies convention and distills true grain-to-glass spirits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead territory-level sales planning and execution to achieve revenue goals and brand standards.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and ensure execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact within the assigned territory.
- Drive distribution, sales volume, and brand visibility by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
- Conduct daily customer visits and provide follow-up to ensure exceptional service, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and maintain product distribution, pricing, merchandising, and inventory levels across assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, distributor partners to achieve business objectives.
- Represent the company and its portfolio with professionalism, creating strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Execute in-market activations, tastings, sampling events, and promotional programs to increase consumer awareness and visibility.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support account needs, brand activations, tastings, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Knowledge of beverage alcohol products
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
