CIO Services Task Lead

CIO Services Task LeadSOSi is seeking experienced IT and cybersecurity professionals to support a large-scale Department of Defense enterprise modernization effort. These positions will play a critical role in delivering secure, mission-focused IT services spanning enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, enterprise architecture, data management, and program leadership. Successful candidates will collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to modernize enterprise capabilities, improve operational performance, and support the delivery of resilient, secure, and scalable technology solutions across a geographically dispersed environment.The CIO Services Task Lead will provide technical and operational leadership supporting enterprise IT strategy, portfolio management, governance, project planning, enterprise architecture, and digital modernization initiatives. The position will lead strategic planning efforts, technology roadmaps, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT investments.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise IT strategy and modernization initiativesDevelop enterprise technology roadmapsManage IT governance and portfolio management activitiesSupport enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiativesCoordinate project planning and technology integration effortsAdvise Government leadership on modernization prioritiesLead cross-functional planning and stakeholder engagementSupport IT investment planning and performance managementMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree10+ years leading enterprise IT organizations or modernization initiativesActive Top Secret clearanceExperience with IT governance and portfolio managementExperience leading enterprise technology transformation effortsExperience supporting strategic planning and executive stakeholder engagementPreferred:Active Top Secret w/ SCI eligibilityExperience supporting DoD CIO organizationsExperience with enterprise architecture or digital modernizationITIL, PMP, or similar leadership certificationWork EnvironmentNormal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locationsHybrid work modelCore hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needsWorking at SOSiAll interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
