Senior Construction Project Manager Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $96,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses
Expected Total Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000+

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple custom home projects from groundbreaking through completion. This individual will manage schedules, subcontractors, budgets, inspections, and quality control while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and inspections.

• Maintain project schedules and drive timely completion.

• Monitor budgets, costs, and change orders.

• Ensure quality workmanship and jobsite safety.

• Resolve project issues and maintain project momentum.

• Provide regular updates to ownership and office staff.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.

• Experience managing custom homes or residential development projects.

• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple active projects.

• Valid driver's license.

Preferred

• Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, JobNimbus, Asana, or similar software.

• Estimating, budgeting, and cost control experience.

• Permit and inspection coordination experience.
