Business Process Analyst

Job Title: Business Process Analyst Location: Oklahoma City, OK Type: Contract Compensation: $36.05 - $43.26 Work Model: Hybrid - onsite and remote Hours: 40.0 Responsibilities Support organization by analyzing, documenting, and improving agency business processes. Apply business process analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and develop sustainable process improvements. Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation. Create high-quality process documentation, including SOPs, analysis reports, and recommendations to support operational effectiveness and agency transformation priorities. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, data analysis, and other assessment methods. Facilitate or support process improvement sessions with program staff, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders. Develop process measures and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of improvements. Support implementation, change management, and sustainment activities related to process improvements. Maintain project documentation, progress updates, and track risks, issues, and recommendations. Complete assigned deliverables within established timelines, incorporating feedback. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst. Experience in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or similar service-related business preferred. Professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or related fields. Experience supporting strategic initiatives and organizational transformation. Experience working in government, public health, or regulated environments preferred. Proficiency in developing executive reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, or implementation documentation. Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, or related professional training or certification preferred.
