Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Owning the end-to-end revenue cycle management for a narrow yet demanding payer mix, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management will lead a team to enhance operational efficiency, drive automation, and ensure compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and denials by identifying root causes and implementing solutions Oversee metrics and reporting to provide leadership with reliable insights into collections performance Lead system relationships and configurations to address process gaps and enhance revenue integrity Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles Expertise in outpatient behavioral health and Medicaid/MCO billing Proven experience in startups, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Hands-on experience with AI and automation in billing processes Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
