Behavioral Program Specialist
Entry level position working with teens 13-17 in residential treatment for substance abuse. Supervision of clients as they move through their scheduled days groups and activities. We utilize a behavioral motivation model with our kids to encourage them to replace their negative behaviors with positive behaviors to provide them with guidance for a more positive future. Will provide training on premises. Opportunity to move up. Must be at least 22 yrs. and drug free. 2nd and 3rd shift openings. Sign on bonus available. Shoreline provides employees with paid medical, dental and vision insurance. Holiday, sick and vacation time earned.
