We're also proud to offer excellent benefits and perks, including:Health, dental, and vision insuranceHSA/FSAPaid time off (PTO)Life insuranceShort- and long-term disability401(k) with company matchCompany partiesGrowth opportunitiesTHE TYPE OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of custodial, janitorial, facilities, or building maintenance experienceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive bending, standing, walking, and reachingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, knowledge of building maintenance, forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), and familiarity with facility safety and chemical handling are preferred. We're looking for a reliable team member with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, sense of ownership, and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment.WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANIn this full-time role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, and building system issues, complete routine inspections, and respond to maintenance requests as they arise.
