Payroll Coordinator

To Apply for this Job Click Here Payroll Coordinator - Hybrid \/ Boston, MA Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations and reporting activities. This role will assist with payroll processing, employee payroll updates, reporting, and compliance-related tasks while working closely with a small payroll team.
Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and processing of recurring payroll activities for employees across multiple locations.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and update payroll-related changes within the payroll system.
  • Assist with payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Help support payroll tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative and data management tasks related to payroll operations.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 1+ years of payroll experience, including internship or temporary payroll experience.
    • Experience with payroll systems required.
    • Exposure to payroll tax processes is a plus.
