What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Either the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) in progress
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Delivering engaging therapy sessions targeting speech, language, articulation, and social communication needs
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintaining thorough, compliant documentation and participating in IEP meetings
• Staying current with professional best practices
