CGP - Assistant to CFO
$23 - $25.5 per hourCentury Group
Our non-profit client is seeking a temporary Assistant to CFO. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $25.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CFO.
- Manage the CFO's calendar, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling double/triple/quadruple bookings.
- Assist with light accounting tasks.
- Potentially assist with payroll.
- Support various projects as needed.
- Associate's degree, related degree, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
- Proficiency with Outlook.
- Office skills.
- Beginner to intermediate Excel skills (basic experience with spreadsheets).
- Excellent time management skills.
