Summary: Serves as the on-site lead for USSS Warehouse Support Services, overseeing daily operations, staff coordination, and compliance with safety, security, and inventory control requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Lead and coordinate a team of Warehouse Specialists and Shipping/Receiving Clerks.
• Oversee burn bag collection, transport, staging, and destruction in accordance with USSS security procedures.
• Direct the receipt, verification, documentation, and disposition of excess government property.
• Ensure safe and compliant operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
• Review and validate supply orders, ensuring accurate pulling, staging, and delivery to designated USSS locations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and OSHA-compliant safety standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for the COR and government personnel regarding daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with USSS access, security, and suitability requirements for all contractor staff.
• Maintain required logs, reports, and documentation, including QC and staffing plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
• 1+ year of supervisory or team-lead experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Forklift certification 
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, walk-behind lifts, and material handling equipment
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50-75 lbs.
• Experience with inventory control, receiving, and supply fulfillment
• Ability to read, verify, and document serial numbers, barcodes, and property data
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass USSS background investigation and suitability requirements
• U.S. citizenship
