Customer Service Representative
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Pay: $24.72/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Start times vary by season) with occasional overtime.
Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers, process orders, and maintain inventory accuracy in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Process customer orders, returns, and updates in an ERP system.
- Maintain accurate order and inventory records.
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
