Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation ( MN )

Meagher + Geer has an opportunity for a skilled, motivated Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our Minneapolis, MN team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, insurance coverage, preferred, excellent advocacy skills, and a passion for delivering results. This role involves handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting legal documents (pleadings, discovery, and depositions), and communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Litigation experience, appellate work, and/or judicial clerkship
- Passed the bar exam
- Licensed to practice in MN, WI, and/or IL
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Persuasive speaking skills
Preferred Skills
- Background in civil litigation
- Experience in insurance coverage
Pay range and compensation package
