Commercial Leasing Manager

HGI has been retained by a stable, well-established commercial developer to help them hire someone to lead their leasing efforts. You'll join their Denver, CO team and take ownership of leasing office, flex/R&D, and retail space across their Colorado portfolio. The company has a strong presence in the Denver market, with approximately 1.5 million square feet under management. They're currently wrapping up construction on a new business park consisting of three buildings totaling roughly 100,000 square feet of commercial space. Your primary focus will be leasing these new buildings while managing renewals and maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants. A few highlights about the company and opportunity: Business Model: Developer/Owner. You'll serve as the company's in-house leasing professional rather than representing multiple clients. Stability: Enjoy the security of working on the ownership side of the business—no more chasing the next listing or deal from scratch. Financial Strength: The company self-funds all land acquisitions and construction projects. Even in higher interest rate environments, they continue acquiring land and developing new projects.
