Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography, including competency in stereotactic biopsy and performing QC related to mammography
- Certification from American Association of Radiologic Technologists (AART) in Mammography (Mammo)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to independently perform all types of mammography studies, including needle localization and ductograms
- Strong knowledge of mammographic procedures and safety protocols
- Demonstrated autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced breast imaging techniques and ductograms
- Familiarity with new imaging technologies and updates in mammography standards
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Radiologic technology degree or higher
- At least 2 years of experience in a mammography specialty setting
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work the scheduled hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Travel and other reimbursements provided when applicable
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment requiring independence and precision
Starting on May 5, 2024, this 13-week assignment offers an hourly pay rate of $57.29, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, and access to a robust referral bonus program.
