Texas Licensed Senior Project Manager

To lead a large, high-visibility Texas education project, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Project Manager will ensure successful project delivery, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development and organizational leadership while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead full projects or portfolios, ensuring successful execution across all workstreams and alignment with client goals Serve as the primary client relationship manager, leading high-level presentations and identifying opportunities for expanded support Supervise and mentor team members, providing performance feedback and contributing to internal initiatives and process improvements Required qualifications Candidates must be located in the state of Texas Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, education, or a related field 10+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in education or government projects PMP certification is required Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet and demonstrated experience managing project budgets
