To drive product demand and manage business relationships, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Sales Specialist will engage with healthcare providers, implement effective sales strategies, and utilize digital tools to promote sterile injectables while working remotely in Texas. Key responsibilities Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans to maximize customer engagement Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers through virtual and in-person interactions, leveraging analytics for insights Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions and manage resources to support patient access to Pfizer products Required qualifications A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in sales or healthcare-related fields) Proven track record of marketing, promotional, or sales success with strong territory management skills Valid US driver's license and compliant driving record Experience with digital engagement tools and ability to adapt to new technologies Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
