Motivated by an uncapped commission structure, the remote Texas Licensed Financial Sales Consultant will close sales by guiding prospects through loan applications, manage multiple transactions, and exceed performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Close sales by influencing prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages to ensure lead follow-up Identify customer pain points and articulate solutions through best-in-class loan products Required qualifications 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while engaging in high-energy conversations Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift, including one weekend day
