Position: Prep Cook
Are you passionate about cooking and ready to take the helm alongside our talented kitchen team? As a Prep Cook, you'll be the culinary genius behind creating our recipes in large batches, whipping up our in-house spices, and working special events located at our comisary kitchen, Roux 66! Join us in our bustling kitchen where teamwork and excellence go hand in hand. Your Role:
Bring our recipes to life with your culinary expertise in our test kitchen. Uphold the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Keep the kitchen shipshape by maintaining an organized workspace. Aid in managing inventory and restocking essentials. Foster a positive kitchen environment and work seamlessly with your teammates. Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Prep Cook, preferably in a restaurant setting. Stellar communication skills and a natural team player. Eager to embrace new challenges and continuously improve. Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Benefits:
