Work alongside a collaborative and supportive team of professionals Opportunities for career growth and skill development Make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors every day Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay with annual merit increases Weekly Pay Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Voluntary Benefits (Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, etc.) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments per care plans and licensed provider orders Accurately document medication administration and treatments Communicate with pharmacy regarding refills, changes, and discrepancies Support residents with daily living activities (mobility, transfers, personal care) Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life Maintain clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and team members Assist with household tasks (meal prep, cleaning, laundry) Complete incident reporting and narcotic counts per policy Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment Collaborate with team members and participate in care planning Qualifications Required: Minimum 18 years of age Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with resident mobility Ability to complete accurate documentation Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in long-term care or healthcare Valid Driver’s License - Reliable transportation to and from work!!!
