Production Technician

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company in Littleton, MA to hire a Manufacturing Technician for a temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or production experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay : $25.00 – $28.00/hour, depending on experience
Job Duties: Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components following work instructions and production schedules.

Perform routine testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

Operate production equipment and assist with equipment setup and changeovers.

Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and basic test equipment to complete production tasks.

Accurately complete production documentation and maintain records of work performed.

Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process improvements to supervisors.

Support inventory of production materials and maintain organized workstations.

Assist Engineering and Production teams with prototype builds and product rework as needed.

Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.

Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.

Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures.

Basic computer skills for production documentation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.

Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
