Registered Nurse - ICU

$2350.08/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive medical support. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patient conditions continuously to identify changes requiring intervention. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols. Chart patient progress and care interventions accurately in the electronic health record. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed. Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care. Qualifications: Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Possess at least 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical ICU. Have current ACLS and BLS certifications. Demonstrate proficiency with Epic charting system. Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
