As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Operations in Lewisville, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting site operations through attention to detail and computer-based tasks. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by following site-specific procedures and access requirements.
• Monitor the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Answer incoming calls, manage visitor inquiries, and direct individuals to appropriate contacts or designated areas.
• Monitor access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security-related equipment; report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicate with appropriate personnel, and complete required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
