Locum Provider Opportunity

We are looking for one full time locum provider to cover Monday-Friday (8am-5pm). There will be a lunch hour between 12-1. Please ensure the bid reflects the below (NOTING THOUGH Friday's will be different so only 4 hours will apply on Friday).

• Guaranteed hours: 8 per day (excluding Friday)
• OT applies after 10 hours per day

Providers should be able to get the work completed in their scheduled time so excessive OT should not accrue. We could look at an option of a read/study rate if the providers are feeling like there is not enough time in their scheduled day to complete work but will visit this option only IF needed.

We are an outpatient clinic, attached to the main hospital and chemotherapy center. Privileges will be needed due to the clinic being attached to the main hospital.
