Mental health and Substance Abuse Care exp required.

Urgent/Acute Care - NP (FM/UC/AC), PA (FM/UC/AC)

Includes some Chronic Pain Management

Chart closure within 72 hours

Schedule = 28 PPD in UC clinic, minimum see 17 PPD on Mobile Van

Tuesday - Friday 8-5

A mix of peds/adults (Will consider IM only)

A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
