Schedule Monday: 7:45am – 5:00pm Tuesday: 7:45am – 5:00pm Wednesday: 7:45am – 5:00pm Thursday: 6:45am – 3:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm (catch‑up day) Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF Responsibilities TheDental Front Office Coordinator will(but not limited to) : Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority. Accurate data entry skills Develop productive schedules. Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits. Manage patient documents and records. Process and complete claim forms. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Qualifications Required Qualifications 1+ year of Dental Front Office experience working in dentistry or related field. Knowledge of insurance verification. Strong customer service experience . Preferred Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Denticon is a plus!
