Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy technician role is available in Sun Prairie, WI, offering a contract position beginning in mid-September. The assignment spans 13 weeks with the potential to extend to 26 weeks. Shifts include a mix of day and evening hours, specifically from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and/or 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Flexible start dates of 9/14 or 9/21 are acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pharmacy operations in an inpatient setting.
• Accurately prepare sterile compounded medications following strict protocols.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications safely and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy policies.
• Ensure proper inventory management and documentation.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy technician experience.
• Proven expertise in sterile compounding procedures.
• Valid Wisconsin pharmacy technician license (must have license in-hand).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work effectively across varying shifts.
