Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in inpatient pharmacy settings and sterile compounding. This contract position in Madison, WI, offers a dynamic work schedule and the chance to contribute to quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Madison, WI
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with the possibility to extend to 26 weeks
Start Date: Flexible start on 9/14 or 9/21
Shift: Mix of day and evening shifts:

• 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy technician experience
• Proficient in sterile compounding techniques
• Valid Wisconsin pharmacy technician license in-hand at start
• Ability to work varied shifts including days and evenings

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately within inpatient pharmacy
• Perform sterile compounding adhering to safety and quality standards
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and documentation
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare teams to support patient care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
