Litigation Secretary

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established law firm in downtown Honolulu to find an experienced Litigation Secretary ready to hit the ground running. What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare court documents, legal forms, and correspondence with precision and timeliness
• Manage attorney calendars including hearings, deadlines, and meetings
• Handle e-filing and paper filing across State and Federal court systems including JEFS, USDC, and 9th Circuit
• Draft correspondence with clients, carriers, and expert witnesses
• Maintain and organize both electronic and physical files
• Coordinate travel arrangements for attorneys
• Assist with trial preparation and provide overall support to the legal team

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of recent litigation experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe/Nuance
• Working knowledge of State and Federal court rules and e-filing systems
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Must be currently located in Hawaii to be considered for this position
