Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PCU Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in our Progressive Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs in the PCU setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive care plan for each patient.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Document patient care services accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a PCU or related acute care setting (preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficient understanding of PCU protocols and procedures.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
