About This Role
We're looking for a compassionate individual who shares our commitment to nurturing the growth and well-being of children and their families.
We're seeking someone who:
- Is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families
- Has excellent team collaboration and communication skills
- Is a motivated and organized self-starter
- Embody a professional and approachable demeanor
- Eligible for a new hire bonus once they've completed 90 days of employment*
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, including DSS/ABC Quality standards
- Meet the necessary health and safety requirements, including passing a health assessment, TB test, fingerprinting, and background check
- Complete a minimum of 20 hours of professional development training within the first year of employment
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of the children
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Provide essential care and support to the daily needs of the children in our care
High School Diploma
6 months of experience working in a DSS licensed childcare center
Nice To Haves- A bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Completion of ECD 101 or equivalent training
- Continuing education
