Pediatric Physical Therapist $25,000 Bonus

Job Summary This pediatric physical therapist will screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard practices. Key Responsibilities Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients. Consult, educate, and train patients and caregivers. Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions. Develop treatment plans describing strategy, purpose, and anticipated outcomes. Prescribe exercise regimens for the clinic and at home to improve flexibility, strength, or endurance. Use modalities to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and restore function. Select and advise on adaptive equipment and support programs. Assist patients in regaining physical function, mobility, and independence. Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization and abide by service behavior standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Schedule and Compensation Positions are available for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN hours with flexible shifts. Regular attendance on site during scheduled business hours or shifts is required. Hourly rate: $42.66–$65.82, depending on experience. Full‑time employees may receive up to a $25,000 sign‑on bonus. Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Current, valid state Physical Therapist licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. One year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting). Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (preferred). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred). Physical Demands Carry, climb, crawl, hear/listen, lift, use manual dexterity, pull/push, see, speak, squat/kneel, stand, and walk. Perform tasks that require regular onsite presence during scheduled hours.
